KILESA srls is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, also for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, nor for the shipping of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly having reference toKILESA srls


The goods are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid); in the event that the goods were shipped Ex Works, upon indication of the customer, the risk is being assumed by the customer, from the delivery of the goods to the carrier up to the warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence of what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancy, it must be reported, within seven days via PEC or official letter with return receipt to KILESA srls. The contacts are indicated on the website. Even if the packaging is intact, the good must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing form by pec or official letter with return receipt. Any declaration beyond the above mentioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.


The customer who  order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation  about the receipt of the order by e-mail (E-mail), with the indication of the related order number. The communication you receive the confirmation of the fact that KILESA srls received the  order. It does not mean that it was accepted.


All prices indicated on the website, in the relative space, are to be understood as prices including VAT. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice. KILESA srls reserves, at its unquestionable judgment, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after receiving the order, to those customers who are found to be out of credit,  or with court proceedings or in debit.


KILESA srls will refund the full cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer executing the right for returns as disciplined below.

Refunds are subject to the authorization by Encroc Italia in accordance with the method of payment agreed with the Customer. The purchased goods can be returned within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. The purchased Products can be returned to the headquarters in Corso Trieste 16 in Caserta (CE), always according to the terms of the law.

The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any cost incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.

KILESA srls reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that are worn or damaged by the Customer. KILESA srls as expressly provided in the article 56 3rd paragraph of Legislative Decree 206/2005 will promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 30 days from the actual and final return of the returned product which has been previously authorized, except in the case in which after receiving product the KILESA srls will find that the damage was caused by the customer. Encroc Italia will send a notification email once the refund has been made.

Once the return has been authorized, the Kilesa Italia Customer Service will quickly communicate the instructions to the Customer on how to return the goods, it must take place within 14 days. It is recommended to send the Products using the agreed courier and providing all the shipping data for the purpose of tracking it.

KILESA srls will not be responsible for the refund or compensation for products shipped that have been lost, that have been stolen or damaged. According to Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products, except as provided in the following paragraphs. The goods must be returned without having been damaged or used or worn within 14 days from the acceptance of the withdrawal by KILESA srlsa. Otherwise the customer will lose the right of withdrawal and will have no right to a refund. The purchased Product must be returned complete and intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc. ..). In the event of damage to the returned goods during transport, KILESA srls will notify the Customer of the incident (within the fifth working day from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow the Customer to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured). KILESA srls does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon arrival (in stock), the product will be examined for any damage or tampering not caused by transport.


In order to prevent fraud in the Internet, the payment made through the site is managed online by the provider in accordance with  the tools offered below.

These providers are responsible for storage and processing of the information relating to each order, including financial information, in a protected area. All financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are directly administered by the competent provider, who guarantees the security of online transactions.

EKILESA srls never receive details of the customer’s credit card or other financial information and is therefore unable to archive or store them in any way

For this reason, KILESA srls delegates to the provider support of its customers throughout the payment process.

The credit card transaction will be charged only after the credit card data has been verified, the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer, and the credit card has been confirmed and the confirmation of the availability of the product by KILESA srls received.

Payment by bank transfer. If you choose the bank transfer as the payment method, once the order has been sent, payment must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase. The reason for the transfer must include the date and order reference number, issued at the time of purchase, the customer’s name and surname. The shipment of the product will be made within three working days after the payment has been accredited (the accredit will usually take place within 3-4 days from the moment the bank transfer was made), except in the case of purchase of products by reservation. In these cases, the shipping date will be agreed with the customer accordingly.

Credit card: If you decide to pay by credit card you will not pay any commission to us and you will not risk anything since all your card data will be managed directly on the bank’s website and not on www.kilesa.fashion . You can pay with all credit cards of the Visa and Mastercard circuits. PayPal: If you have a Paypal account and decide to use it for your payment, after confirming the order you will be redirected for payment on the Paypal site. On the Paypal website you can also pay directly with your credit card, by clicking on the link “Don’t have a Paypal account?”.


KILESA srls confirms receipt of the order by sending an automatic summary email to the email address indicated by the Customer in the order itself. In the case of choosing items that are not currently available, you will be promptly notified to the contacts you left during registration. KILESA srls prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the Courier with the original packaging. Delivery is  made on working days, from Monday to Friday, not on holidays (hereinafter “Business Day (s)”).

It is at KILESA srls’s discretion to use one or more couriers for shipments.

Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are paid upon completion of the order.

At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the courier’s accompanying document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or altered.

  • Italy: free
  • UE countries: free
  • Outside EU countries: 45 euros

Delivery times and types

Delivery is made on Business Days from 08:30 to 18:00. In the case of standard delivery made by the courier, the first delivery is made without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the Courier leaves a notice  (slip in the mailbox or sticker on the bell) and retries delivery on the next Business Day. In case of further absence, the customer is contacted directly by the courier for the third attempt. If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by KILESA srls staff to define a further delivery. If even the fourth attempt fails, the product returns to the KILESA srls warehouses with consequent cancellation of the order.

The transfer of the order to the Courier

The transfer of the order to the Courier may vary depending on the payment method chosen and the availability of the product:

  • Paypal / Credit Card Payment: the products are transferred to the Courier on the Business Day following that of receipt of the payment.
  • Bank Transfer: the products are transferred to the Courier on the Business Day following that of the receipt of the payment to the KILESA srls account (on average 3/5 Business Days from the payment by the Customer).

Compliance with delivery terms depends on the availability of the chosen item.
