The customer of the website www.kilesa.fashion can buy without any doubts the product they like. If you are not satisfied with the product we sent to you, if the size is not right, if there has been an error and the product is not how you expected it to be… all you have to do is to return it to us. The conditions (according t to Legislative Decree 206/2005) for the return of the purchased product are:
- within 14 days from the date of delivery;
- undamaged and unused product;
- products returned in their original packaging.
If these conditions are met, we can reimburse your expense. To start the return procedure, you must create a return request by sending an e-mail to the address: email@example.com . We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the necessary information for the procedure. We will refund you the cost of the returned products and the transport costs paid, the cost of the return is on charged of the customer excluding for Italy.
Important: returns of items that do not comply with the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. There is a maximum of 1 return request per order (with which it is possible to request the return for more than one product).

The goods contained in the order are prepared and entrusted to the DHL Courier with the original packaging. Orders of products already in stock are processed in 24/48 hours.
It is at Kilesa srls ‘s discretion to use one or more couriers for shipments.
Shipments outside the European Union are exempt from VAT but require the payment of import taxes, which is the responsibility of the customer.
Packages headed for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items.
Delivery is made on Business Days from 08:30 to 18:00. In the case of standard delivery made by the courier, the first delivery is made without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the Courier leaves a notice of passage (slip in the mailbox or sticker on the bell) and retries delivery on the next Business Day. In case of further absence, the customer is contacted directly by the courier for the third attempt. If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by KILESA srls staff to define a further delivery. If even the fourth attempt fails, the product returns to the KILESA srls warehouses with consequent cancellation of the order.
